Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographing a very special event for some of my clients. They recently adopted little miss ruby in to their family.   Some friends were throwing  a welcoming party in her honor.   Miss Ruby could not have been more sweet along with all of the other moms and daughters I got to meet and hang out with for the afternoon. I loved documenting all of the amazing interactions she had with her new family and friends.   Thank you for letting me be a part of you day  R family!   Here are just a few ...







These two could not stop starting at the cupcakes ...  I must have a dozen different shots of this at different moments ... them peaking into the cupcake box and talking with each other about how they might be able to get one out without anyone knowing  :)

I love documenting the miracle of pregnancy.    This couple was  wonderful and so much fun to work with.   And isn't she gorgeous?  Wow!  I loved that we got such a variety of shots both in and out of the studio.

I am so lucky to get to work with such amazing families.   This family was no different and I am so happy to have met them.   Everyone was full of smiles and energy.     I love the photos of the three of them laying down ... it so documents life with three to me.   A few of my favorites ...

 

hi. remember me?

ok, i know i have been slacking a bit .    The blog has taken a short term backseat to my spring sessions,  developing lots of new and exciting things for 09 clients and yes, PLAYING outside in sunshine with my kiddos.  Plus I am obsessed with this little guy  who is just in the cutest smiliest giggliest ( is that a word?) phase and I just can't get as much done :)   But I'm back!   Lots to post... I better get going.
